Whatever You're Carrying,
You Don't Have to Carry It Alone.
People have all kinds of reasons for seeking support. These are the areas I'm most often asked to help with.
Relationships
Couples, family dynamics, and work-related relationships, with practical support to rebuild communication, trust and connection.
Anxiety, Self-Esteem & Low Mood
Practical, evidence-based support to feel calmer, more confident, and have more self-understanding.
Life Transitions
Moving through change: career shifts, parenthood, loss, or new chapters, with clarity and support.
Also supporting trauma through EMDR, grief & loss, low mood, burnout, and more. Reach out even if you don't see your exact concern above.
